Aerobic exercise helps strengthen your heart muscle, which means it can pump blood more efficiently throughout your body, including your liver, and then for your liver to send the filtered blood back into your system.
- Walk Regularly: Regular & consistent walk about 3 – 5 Km. can offer many health benefits, including preventing health conditions and diseases, like Fatty Liver Disease, reducing high blood pressure, boosting your metabolism, increasing your energy levels, improving your mood and helping with weight loss.
- Avoid Alcohol Consumption: Alcoholic beverages can create many health problems. They can damage or destroy liver cells and scar your liver.
